Manages Behavior Technicians and RBT’s, assists in managing and supervising the day-to-day clinical operations of ABA services provided to office-based clients with developmental delays.
Master's degree in Psychology, Education or a related field is preferred. BCBA certification is required. Clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in in-patient and/or out-patient mental health settings preferred. 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental delays.
Center of Excellence
As an accredited ACE provider, we offer free in-house CEU's for our BCBA's. You can count on us to invest in your ongoing training and development.

Bachelor’s degree in ABA and/or related field such as Psychology, Education or Speech is preferred. Previous experience in teaching children with Autism/Developmental Delays using ABA is preferred. Willingness to obtain an RBT certification is required.

As part of your employment with us, we provide the BACB approved 40-hour online training towards your RBT certification.

Candidates for employment should have a degree, or be pursuing a degree, in Applied Behavior Analysis, communication disorders, developmental psychology, education or similar field. Experience with children or a desire to work with children is highly preferred.
