LBA, BCBA

Manages Behavior Technicians and RBT’s, assists in managing and supervising the day-to-day clinical operations of ABA services provided to office-based clients with developmental delays.

Master's degree in Psychology, Education or a related field is preferred. BCBA certification is required. Clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in in-patient and/or out-patient mental health settings preferred. 2-3 years of experience working with children with developmental delays.

Part-Time & Full-Time

BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN & REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

Provides 1:1 ABA behavioral interventions to children with autism and other developmental delays at our treatment center.

Bachelor’s degree in ABA and/or related field such as Psychology, Education or Speech is preferred. Previous experience in teaching children with Autism/Developmental Delays using ABA is preferred. Willingness to obtain an RBT certification is required.

Part-Time

CLINICAL ASSISTANT

The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Clinical Department. This position is not administrative (no computer work).

Provides assistance to the clinical department when appropriate, monitors each floor, assists therapists with tablet management, maintains the cleanliness of the facility (sweeping, trash take out, etc.), ensures equipment is in working condition and trouble shoots when appropriate and maintains inventory supply and notifies management when to reorder supplies.

Candidates for employment should have a degree, or be pursuing a degree, in Applied Behavior Analysis, communication disorders, developmental psychology, education or similar field. Experience with children or a desire to work with children is highly preferred.
