Position Summary

Manages Behavior Technicians and RBT's. Assist in managing the day-to-day clinical operations of ABA Services provided to office-based or in-home clients with developmental delays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides direct ABA therapy to clients when appropriate
  • Provides direct, face-to-face Supervision on a consistent basis. Provides verbal and written feedback to Staff regarding performance, reinforcing desired behaviors and intervening promptly in deficiencies
  • Facilitates Parent Training and meetings. Builds rapport with families
  • Designs treatment programs. Ensures that programs are structured and appropriate for the clients age and diagnosis. Monitors and properly documents client's progress in meeting treatment goals. Modifies treatment programs when necessary and maintains appropriate documentation of such changes
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures for ABA services including a plan for ensuring ongoing quality improvement
  • Supports the organizations mission, vision, values, goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates conduct in keeping with the organizations ethical standards
  • Communicates in a professional and respectful manner with parents, clients and staff


  • Master's degree in Psychology, Education or a related field is preferred. BCBA certification required. Clinical, supervisory and administrative experience in in-patient and/or out-patient mental health settings preferred. 2-3 years experience working with children with developmental delays.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience in Verbal Behavior and Assessment tool kits such as VB-MAPP and/or Core Essential living. Ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources
  • Ability to handle multiple task and ensure deadlines are met consistently
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Must be flexible
  • Must be very organized and attention to detail
  • Must be available to travel regularly to client homes, center or school to provide treatment plan
  • Must exhibit leadership skills
